Unable to Login to My Portal!

It has come to our attention that during the maintenance that we have done to SAP this past weekend has caused issues logging into myportal.  In order to access my portal, you may need to clear the browser cache.  Below are the steps for the more popular browsers

Printing PDF Files with Chrome

In the latest version of Google Chrome 62.0.3202.94, there is a bug that PDF files are not printing correctly.  This version is only for Windows 7 32bit computers.  Windows 10 is not affected by this issue.
 
This is a known issue for Google, and should be resolved in the next Chrome update.
 
As a workaround users must download the file, and open it it in Adobe Acrobat so they can print.  (see attached instructions)

Parents Not Receiving SchoolConnects Commercial Announcements

 

As of July 1st of this year, parents who have NOT Subscribed to CASL, or who have unsubscribed, will not receive Commercial announcements.  The link for CASL is www.ycdsb.ca/casl and is on the Board website and every school website.  An announcement will be sent to the parent community this week by the Communications Office.
